Wilton House Wilton House is a unique transitional unit, created to promote independence and enhance skills. The home is designed to impart the necessary skills to individuals who wish to move to independent living accommodation through an intensive training and support package. For those unable or unwilling to do so the home is able to provide a medium or long term care service. The care and development plan will always have a person centred foundation. In the pre-admission assessment, strengths and areas which require development are identified. Because of the unique nature of the home, progress is reviewed much more regularly than usual, with you, your key worker, families and care manager (where applicable). All systems used around Wilton House are adaptable and flexible according to your needs both as individuals and as a group.
